Any resident can put in a request to have you tested for drugs or alcohol by the mentors (7 to 12 current residents strong in their recovery) that live on site that can random test you. There are several other ways to keep you accountable as well.

It’s a case by case situation if we will allow you to stay. We do offer a strict RELAPSE CONTRACT and mentor has to agree to take you on for the daily accountability. You are randomly given drug tests throughout each week for 30 days. The current residents on relapse contract meet each day.

Liberty Way is a safe, secure sober living community. We are not a treatment facility, detox facility or counseling facility. Living at Liberty Way is very independent living, with accountability in place to not use drugs or alcohol.

Full sized washer, dryer, fridge, stove and dishwasher. Small appliances like a microwave, toaster and coffee maker are not supplied.

Most are full size but there are some queen size, I would wait on purchasing linen until you see your bed size.

Absolutely!!! Families are welcome as well as men and women that want to live together. At Liberty Way we charge per bedroom and treat each person as an individual. You would be in a whole 2 bedroom apartment by yourselves and each adult would pay a weekly fee.

Yes we do, however you must live at Liberty Way for 30 days before you can qualify to live in one. There is also a waitlist at any given time.

No, there is no landlord/tenant relationship created. You are free to leave at your discretion and we are free to ask you to leave.

Unfortunately we do not. We are a for profit service. We offer you a place to live with accountability and you pay for that service.

No, however there are mentors who live at Liberty Way and hold leadership positions. These mentors have long term sobriety and know the meaning of accountability and anonymity. They handle UA/BA after the office is closed and on weekends. They will do random UA/BA given to them from the office or if a resident feels there is just cause to UA/BA another resident, there is a process for that to be done.

Every effort is taken to place you with the best roommate available at the time you want to move in. However, we understand some personalities just don’t mesh well, so there is a process to request a new roommate if you should desire one.
